从人力与财政支持角度浅析东部三级环境监测站能力建设

Superficial Analysis of the Capacity Building of the Third Level Environmental Monitoring Station in the East from the Perspective of Human and Financial Support

加强三级环境监测站的能力建设是全面提高三级环境监测站综合能力和整体水平的重要措施。从人力和财政支持2个角度入手,分析了三级环境监测站中存在的主要问题。针对其中存在的问题,建议加大三级环境监测站的经费投入,逐步增加环境监测人员编制,提高环境监测队伍中各工作人员的业务能力。

To strengthen the capacity building of the third level environmental monitoring station is an important measure to improve the comprehensive ability and the overall level of the three levels of environmental monitoring station. This paper analyzes the main problems in the third level environmental monitoring station from two perspectives of human and financial support. This paper is aimed at the problems, it is proposed to increase the third level of environmental monitoring stations, and gradually increase the preparation of environmental monitoring personnel, improve the environmental monitoring team in the operational capacity of the staff.
