Analyze the influence factors of test line intensity, to set an adjustable range to improve the adjust ability in the production process. There is an obvious correlation between test line intensity and the latex spray concentration in the range of 0.18 OD to 0.3 OD, this range can be used to improve the adjust ability in the production process of the ovulation rapid test device. The validated adjustable range of latex spray concentration from 0.18 OD to 0.3 OD can improve the adjust ability of the production process, also can improve the production yield and reduce the production cost.
