机械零件加工工艺对零件精度的影响

Influence of Machining Process of Mechanical Parts on the Accuracy of Parts

随着我国工业技术的快速发展,人们对机械产品精度的要求也越来越高,传统的加工工艺已不能满足当前市场对机械零件精度的要求。因此,结合当前常用的零件加工工艺,简要分析了零件精度的影响因素,以期为提高零件加工精度提供帮助。

With the rapid development of China’s industrial technology, people’s requirements on the accuracy of mechanical products are increasingly high; the traditional processing technology can’t meet the requirements of the current market for the accuracy of mechanical parts. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the accuracy of the parts, which is based on the common parts machining process, in order to provide help to improve the machining accuracy.
