摘要
LC-MS,即液质联用技术,是一种利用液相色谱与质谱串联整合成整机的检测技术,在水质检测中得到了较为广泛的应用。主要研究了液质联用技术在水质检测中的优点及具体应用。
LC-MS, which is a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology, is a kind of detection technology which is integrated into the whole machine by liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. It has been widely used in water quality testing. The advantages and the application of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in water quality testing are mainly studied.
