摘要
香港全人教育注重学生的人格发展,把人的全面发展、潜能的充分发挥作为教育的追求目标,强调尊重学生的主体地位,取得了时效性的成绩。香港高校学生事务工作机构的设置、学生工作队伍建设及管理方式等,对内地高职院校学生管理工作具有一定的学习和借鉴作用。
The whole-person education of Hong Kong attaches importance to the development of stu- dents' personality, which devotes to the human all-round development and maximizing human poten- tials as its educational goal, and furthermore proper attention and respect are given to the students' subject status so as to make time-effective achievements. The establishment of the working body for the students' affairs of higher education of Hong Kong, the construction and management of the student work team as well as its management mode have the function for learning and reference to the work of students' management of higher vocational colleges in the Mainland.
