脉波指示连续心排血量监测在感染性休克早期复苏的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 感染性休克是由病原微生物及其毒素等产物直接或间接激活宿主细胞和体液系统,产生细胞因子和内源性介质,作用于机体各种器官、系统,引起急性微循环灌注不足,导致组织缺氧、细胞损害、代谢和功能障碍,甚至出现多器官功能衰竭的危重综合征。在我国,目前感染性休克的死亡率正在逐年升高,早期液体复苏是降低患者短期终点事件发生率及改善预后的有效治疗手段。
