股神经阻滞复合硬膜外麻醉在单侧股骨骨折手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在手术麻醉过程中,因变动体位可引起股骨骨折患者剧烈的疼痛,尤其老年人会导致血压急剧升高而造成严重并发症的发生[1],另外疼痛使患者摆放体位困难,造成麻醉操作困难,而且成功率下降。自2013年我科引进此项技术后,我们针对这一问题对股骨骨折患者麻醉前进行股神经阻滞作为超前镇痛进行观察,取得良好效果,现报告如下。
