连铸结晶器加渣机布料区域矩形化补偿机构设计 被引量:3

摘要 双摆杆连铸结晶器加渣机布料区域为扇形,与结晶器矩形受料区不吻合,导致布料投放不准确.针对此不足,提出了一种新型布料区域矩形化补偿技术,从机构学角度建立布料区域矩形化补偿的数学模型,得出了矩形化补偿凸轮轮廓曲线方程.并利用三维软件进行了实体结构设计与全工况运动学仿真,验证了布料区域矩形化补偿原理的合理性.研制了布料区域与结晶器受料区完全匹配的新型自动加渣机,简化了传动结构. The casting powder adding area of the double-rod continuous crystallizer is shaped as fan,and it can't match well with the receiving area.So a new rectangular compensation of powder adding area was put forward to solve this problem.The mathematical model of the compensation was established based on mechanism kinematics.Through the establishment of mathematical model,the cam contour curve equation of the compensation was obtained.The structure was designed and the kinematics of all working condition were simulated in 3Dsoftware to verify the correctness of the method.The adding area and receiving area of new type of crystallizer matched well with each other,and it also simplified the transmission structure.
