摘要 Bland-Altman方法在医药卫生领域方法比较研究一致性评价中有着广泛应用,但其应用不当问题相当普遍,严重影响了研究质量。文中针对临床定量结果一致性评价的Bland-Altman方法研究及其应用状况、常见问题以及研究报告要求作一综述。 The Bland-Altman method has been widely used for consistency evaluation in the field of medicine. However,frequent errors in the application of the method seriously affect the quality of researches. This review focuses on the studies of the BlandAltman method,the status quo and common problems in its application,and standards for related reports.
