Study on Grading Supervision Technique of Hazardous Chemical in China

研究对比了我国和英国、德国以及国际劳工组织在化学品分级管理方面的不同做法,提出我国化学品管理存在的问题,指出了完善化学品分级管理体系是提高我国化学品安全监管水平的手段,提出借鉴英国、德国以及国际劳工组织的先进做法建立完善我国化学品分级管理体系的建议。

The emphases of safety supervision, grading method for hazardous chemicals safety management in China, UK and International Labor Organization is reviewed. The shortage and limitation in China＇s grading supervision technique of hazardous chemical is summarized. It is pointed out that grading supervision is one of the most important methods to improve safety supervision of hazardous chemical, and referring to the grading method in UK, Germen, and International Chemical Control is very important to the improvement of grading supervision technique of hazardous chemical and the perfection of chemical safety supervision.
