摘要 实验探究了在固定床中不同温度条件下进行稻壳的催化热解,并对与热解气体的成分和分布进行分析。由实验结果可知,气体产量和CO和H2占总气体量的比例随着温度上升而明显上升。Fe2O3对稻壳的热解有着很好的催化作用,热解温度可以降低100℃,因为H2在700℃时已经释放完全。鉴于催化剂Fe2O3不能催化CH4重新生成反应的进行,因此额外使用催化剂其对CH4的产量没有影响。 The pyrolysis of rice husk was carried out in a fixed-bed at different temperatures and the distribution of products and composition of pyrolyzed gases were analyzed. With the increase of temperature, the gas yields and the proportion of CO and H2 in the gas product increases obviously. Fe2O3 has a good catalytic effect on the pyrolysis of rice husk. 100 ℃ could be reduced in the pyrolysis for the hydrogen has been released completely at 700 ℃. With the addition of Fe2O3, the yield of CH4 was not affected, for Fe2O3 could not catalyze the reforming reaction of CH4.
