摘要
以伊利石为原料,Na OH为添加剂,高温焙烧得到伊利石活化熟料,通过调节体系中的焙烧温度、加入碱的量,得到不同活化效果的熟料,并用XRD对实验结果进行了表征,得出了在碱处理条件下,延边伊利石原矿在700℃焙烧90 min即可达到很好的活化效果。在800℃下,加入碱含量为Na OH∶伊利石=0.84∶1(质量比)时,活化效果达到最佳。
Illite as raw material, Na OH as additive, high temperature roasting activation of illite clinker, by adjusting the system of calcination temperature, the quantity of adding alkali, get different activation effect of clinker, and the experimental results by XRD characterization, obtained under the condition of alkali treatment, illite ore of Yanbian city in 700 ℃ roasting 90 min can achieve very good activation effect.Under 800 ℃, adding alkali content for Na OH, illite=0.84∶1(mass ratio), the activation effect is best.
