摘要
用乙醇为提取剂,通过正交实验优化铜仁碧江区产金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。结果表明金银花中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶30,提取温度为90℃,乙醇浓度为80%,提取时间为70 min,同时测得金银花中绿原酸的含量为3.631%。
Using ethanol as extraction agent. Through the orthogonal experiments to optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae.The optimum conditions for the extraction of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae was: the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30, extraction temperature 80 ℃, ethanol concentration is 70 %, extraction time is 70 min. The content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae was 3.631 %.
