通过络合反应和紫外可见吸收光谱定性定量分析高分子受阻胺

摘要 开发出一种通过络合反应定性定量测定高分子受阻胺的新方法。通过六水合氯化铁和高分子受阻胺在四氢呋喃中进行络合反应得到沉淀,分别对反应上清液和沉淀进行紫外光谱测定和和红外光谱测定,实现高分子受阻胺的定性和定量检测。 Direct analysis of polymeric hindered-amine light stabilizers(HALS) by using ultraviolet absorbance detection is applied successfully for the fast and straightforward identification and quantification of these HALS additives. Ferric chloride hexahydrate is applied to the analysis method as a central metal of complex, which happened in tetrahydrofuran in combination with HALS. Identification of the complex(precipitate) is distinguished by analytical performance of infrared spectrometry, and quantification of the remained metal ions is demonstrated availably by ultraviolet absorbance detection.
