摘要
文章主要从槽液参数和设备工艺参数两方面优化了铝件的磷化工艺。其中槽液参数,主要优化了氟离子、锌离子浓度,以及酸度参数范围;设备优化主要从槽液循环和温度控制方面进行了优化。
The phosphating process of aluminum parts is optimized from two aspects, including the parameter of liquid in tank and the parameter of equipment; as for the parameter of solution in tank, we mainly optimized the concentration of F-、Zn2+、and the scope of acidity; as for the parameter of equipment, we mainly optimized the liquid circulation in tank and the temperature controlling system.
