摘要
针对海洋石油勘探开发过程污染物排放浓度限值的变化,结合海上平台设计紧凑、可利用空间狭小的特点,提出采用改性纤维球过滤技术对生产过程的废水进行精细过滤处理,解决了海上平台空间和承重受限问题。通过对改性纤维过滤技术分析讨论,探讨了过滤过程原理和分析了设计模拟工作环境流程。与其他处理技术比较,改性纤维滤料技术更适用于海洋平台污水处理过程。
For the limit change requirement of pollutant's concentration discharge in offshore oil exploration and development and the compact design of offshore platform as well as the narrow characteristics of the available space, the modified fiber ball filtering technique is proposed for fine filtration of production water and the problem of limited space in offshore platforms is solved in the paper. The technology of modified fiber filtering is mainly studied. By investigating filtration principle, simulating work environment of design process, and comparing other processing technologies, the modified fiber filtering material technology is more suitable for application in sewage treatment process of ocean platform.
