清洁生产审核执行中存在的问题探讨

随着环境形势越来越严峻,已经成为制约中国经济发展的重要因素之一。为了减轻污染,节约资源,企业采取了各种污染预防及治理措施。清洁生产审核可以帮助企业找到生产过程中高能耗和高物耗的地方以便改进,是实现清洁生产的重要保障。我国清洁生产工作还处于起始阶段,在执行中常会遇到一些实际障碍,还有待进一步完善。文章论述了目前清洁生产审核的现状以及在法律层面和企业内部以及社会组织等方面的一些突出的的问题,同时探讨了落实洁生产审核所需的改进措施。

With more and more serious environmental situation, environmental issues have become an increasing attention and the primary problem restricting China＇s economic development. In order to reduce pollution, save resources, the enterprise took a variety of pollution prevention and control measures. Cleaner production audits can help companies find the production process of high energy and material consumption and improve it which is an important guarantee to achieve cleaner production. China＇s clean production work is still in the initial stage, inevitably there will be a lot of problems to be further improved. The paper discusses the current status quo of cleaner production audits as well as in the legal aspects, internal and social organizations of some thorny issues, it also discussed the real improvements required by cleaner production audits.
