摘要 [目的]探索"教学做评"一体化在《妇产科护理学》教学中的应用效果。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法抽取2012级四年制护理学本科2个班学生103人,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用"教学做评"一体化教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组学生理论和综合技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查两组学生对两种教学模式的评价。[结果]两组学生理论和综合技能考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05);实验组对于提高学生各方面能力优于对照组。[结论]"教学做评"一体化教学法,在提高学生实践能力、理论成绩、综合职业能力方面由于传统教学法。 To explore the application effect of "teaching-comment syncretism"(four of teaching,learning,doing and evaluation in one) in the teaching of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing. Methods 2 classes(n=103) of Grade 2012 were randomly selected according to the cluster random sampling, and was randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used the integrated teaching method; the control group used the traditional teaching method, and compared the two groups of students in two groups. Results The two groups of students' theory and comprehensive skills assessment results were statistically significant(p〈0.05); the experimental group was better than the control group in improving students' ability. Conclusion The "teaching-comment syncretism" method is more better than the traditional teaching method in improving students' practical ability, academic performance and comprehensive vocational ability.
