ICT技术融合背景下高职院校宽带通信技术专业建设的探讨

结合通信行业发展的实际情况,对当前高职宽带通信技术专业的建设目标及前景进行了分析,指明高职院校应该依据产业发展对人才的需求设置符合ICT职业岗位的宽带通信技术专业。根据产业结构调整驱动专业改革,建立产业技术进步驱动课程改革机制,按照真实环境真学真做掌握真本领的要求开展教学活动,依托高水平学校和大中型企业建立"双师型"职业教育师资培养基地,探索职业教育师资定向培养制度和"学历教育+企业实训"的培养办法。
