摘要
本文以2014年德国海德堡市斐特略公爵文理中学开展的教育督导评价为例,阐述了学校协商式教育督导评价的指标体系、实施程序和学校督导评价报告的框架,并以"墙上文化"呈现出学校管理、学生校园生活以及学校教育发展目标等督导内容的结果,这种协商式教育督导评价模式将是未来督导的一个发展方向。
Taking an example of Kurfurst-Friedrich-Gymnasium Heidelberg Middle school to carry out educational supervision and evaluation in 2014, this paper describes the index system and evaluation and implementation program of consultative educational supervision as well as the framework of reports. By using‘Wall Culture', it also presents the results of the school management, students' school life and school education Development Goals. Such consultative education supervision and evaluation model will be the future direction of development.
