摘要
班级管理是教学管理的一个部分,是一种组织活动的过程。中美两国的教师在小学班级的管理上存在差异。本文以美国霍巴特小学的第56号教室为例,通过详细分析雷夫·艾斯奎斯(Rafe Esquith)老师对于第56号教室的班级管理方法来探析美国小学班级管理的特色,并以此与我国小学班级管理的现状进行比较,从而为我国的管理者、教育者提供一些启示与参考。
Class management is a part of teaching management, and it is also a process of organizational activities. The teachers between China and America have their own ideas on the class management of primary school. In this paper, we will know the class management's characteristics in America by analyzing the methods of Rare Esquith, the teacher of the No. 56 classroom in the Hobart Elementary School, and compare those with Chinese primary school's so as to provide some inspiration and reference for our managers and educators.
