浅谈献血者因素对无偿献血招募的影响

Discussion on Influence of Blood Donors on Blood Donation Recruitment

献血者在无偿献血招募中起到了重要作用,但作为无偿献血不可或缺的重要宣传资源,长期被忽视。建议针对献血者系统地开展宣传工作,引导献血者掌握正确的无偿献血知识、正确解读无偿献血的问题现象,从而以积极的态度去看待无偿献血并影响他人,以期让无偿献血获得一个更加有利的社会招募环境。

Blood donors play an important role in blood donation recruitment,but as the important and indispensable propaganda resources for blood donation,long neglected. The author suggests to carry out propaganda work of blood donation systematically for blood donors,to guide the donors to master correct knowledge of blood donation and interpret the Phenomenon of blood donation correctly,so as to have a positive attitude towards blood donation and influence others,in order to let blood donation to obtain a more favorable social recruitment environment.
