摘要
现代高校赋予高校教师更多的使命与职责,既要搞好教学又要做好科研工作。该文阐述了教学与科研密不可分的关系,介绍了协调好两者关系的方法与经验,为教师更好地适应高校双重工作提供参考借鉴。
Teachers in the university were given more mission and responsibilities,they need to do better not only teaching but also the scientific research.In this study,the close relationship between teaching and research was clari-fied,the good way and experience for balancing them was advised,constructive suggestions were applied for teachers in the university.
