摘要 报道了444nm蓝光激光二极管抽运的掺镨氟化锂钆(Pr^3+:GdLiF4)固体红光激光器。实验采用掺杂粒子数分数为1.01%的Pr^3+:GdLiF4晶体,样本沿α切方向,尺寸大小为2.7mm×2mm×4mm(a×c×a),在激光二极管抽运下通过设计的平凹腔获得了波长为639.3nm的连续红光输出。通过多次优化,当抽运光输入功率为3W,输出镜透射率为3%时,获得了最大输出功率153mW,其斜率效率约为6.78%,抽运阈值达到750mW。 The 444 nm blue laser diode pumped Pr^3+ : GdLiF4 solid-state red laser is reported. The Pr^3+ .. GdLiF4 crystal with the Pr^3+ doped concentration of 1.01% is cut along a direction with the dimensions of 2.7 mm× 2 mm× 4 mm(a ×c × a). Under the laser diode pumped, a continuous wave red light of 639.3 nm is obtained through the plane concave cavity. Several of laser input and output characteristics are gained through optimization of many times. The maximum output power is 153 mW when the pump power at 3 W and the transmittance of the output coupler is 3%. The slope efficiency is 6.78%, and the pump threshold is 750 mW.
