摘要
针对大型催化裂化再生强化的需要,提出了一种新型的槽式待生剂分配器,在大型冷模实验装置上对其性能进行了系统的评价,并考察了操作条件和结构参数对主要性能指标的影响规律,还与前期研究的两种传统分配器进行了性能对比。结果表明,该型分配器在操作气速大于临界表观气速的条件下即可达到很高的颗粒分配均匀性和颗粒输送能力,而其他因素对其性能影响不大。考虑到工业圆形再生器的实际情况,提出了1个修正的不均匀指数,可以更好地满足工业待生剂分配器设计的需要。和传统船型和管式分配器的性能对比,新型槽式待生剂分配器不仅具有更好的颗粒分配均匀性,而且在颗粒输送能力和操作弹性两方面也具有显著的优势,因为它更好地解决了分配器内颗粒的流动性问题。
To achieve high-efficiency catalyst regeneration in large-scale industrial FCC unit,a new slot spent catalyst distributor was proposed.Its performance was systematically evaluated in a large cold model unit.The effects of operating and structural factors on the main performance parameters were also investigated.Finally,a systematic performance comparison was carried out among the new slot distributor and the other two traditional distributors studied previously.The experimental results indicated that there was a critical superficial gas velocity in the new slot distributor,beyond which good uniformity of solid distribution and high capacity of solid transportation could be both maintained.Other operating and structural factors had little effect on its performance.In view of the cylindrical vessels in industrial FCC regenerators,a modified heterogeneity index was proposed,which can better match the requirement in designing an industrial spent catalyst distributor.Compared with the traditional boat and pipe spent catalyst distributors,the new slot distributor is much more advantageous comprehensively,e.g.in the uniformity of solid distribution,the capacity of solid transportation and operating flexibility,because of its better flowability.
