Research on the Normalizing and Long-effecting of College Students' Voluntary Service in University Library

阐释了高校图书馆志愿者服务的重要意义,分析了目前高校图书馆志愿者服务存在的问题,在此基础上,从志愿者宣传、招募、培训、管理、激励等方面提出了建议,以促进高校图书馆志愿者服务的常态化与长效化发展。

This paper illustrates the important significance of college students＇ voluntary service in university library,analyzes the problems currently existing in college students＇ voluntary service in university library, and based on this, puts forward some proposals from the aspects of volunteers＇ propaganda, recruitment, training, management, and motivation, etc.so as to promote the normalizing and long-effecting development of volunteers＇ service in university library.
