In the light of the paradox phenomenon of that the attendance has fallen dramatically while electronic resources demand has increased greatly in university＇s electronic reading room under the condition of modern information technology, this paper carries out a tendency analysis on the future orientation of the operation and management of electronic reading room from the aspects of theory and operation.
