高校图书馆流通部读者服务工作存在的问题及对策

Problems in and Countermeasures for the Reader Service of University Library's Circulation Department

流通部作为高校图书馆的重要部门,在图书管理工作中扮演着无可替代的角色,但在实际工作过程中却存在着诸多问题。结合实际工作经验,分析了产生这些问题的原因,给出了相应的解决措施。

Being as an important sector of university library, the circulation department plays an irreplaceable role in the books management. However, there are many problems in its actual work. Connecting with the practical working experiences, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
