摘要 针对注水井酸化、压裂等改造措施后,传统排液技术转抽时间长、排液速度慢、入井液二次伤害等问题,研究了大排量泵抽排液技术。该技术利用自投捞快速排液泵及地面橇装式连续抽汲装置,可实现压裂、转抽、排液一体化施工,具有转抽快、排量大、施工简单的特点。现场应用69口井,实施成功率为100%,节约转抽时间40%以上,较好地满足了注水井快速排液的要求。 High volume pumping flowback technology was researched to solve the long pumping conversion period,low flowback rate,inflow fluid secondary damage and other limitations of traditional flowback technologies after acidizing,fracturing and other treatments inwater injection wells. Self- fishing rapid flowback pump and ground skid- mounted continuous pumpage equipment were used to achieve integral construction of fracturing,pumping conversion and flowback,which is featured by rapid pump conversion,high volume and simple construction. 69 wells were treated in the field application of this technology,the operation success ratio was 100% and more than 40% of pumping conversion period was saved,which can perfectly achieve rapid flowback of water injection wells.
