Research on Feed-water Operation Control Strategy for 600 MW Supercritical CFB Boiler

可靠的给水控制是保证直流锅炉安全稳定运行的重要控制策略之一,四川白马600 MW超临界CFB机组的直流给水控制在国内首次应用于超临界参数的循环流化床机组。将结合调试及运行经验,对机组在湿态、干态、事故处理等运行工况下的给水运行调整、控制操作进行分析和研究。

Reliable feed- water control strategy is one of the most important control strategies to ensure the safe and stable operation of supercritical once- through boiler. In Sichuan Baima 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed（ CFB） units,once- through feed- water control strategy are applied to supercritical CFB boiler for the first time in China. Based on the commissioning and operation experiences of 600 MW supercritical CFB units,the feed- water operation control strategies of the units are studied and analyzed in wet state,dry state and accident conditions.
