摘要
根据万家口子水电站拱坝右岸电梯井的布局位置及自身结构特点,考虑工程施工总进度要求和现场实际施工状况,为了节约成本,加快施工进度,保证混凝土质量,施工项目部决定对电梯井中间井身段剪力墙结构采取滑模施工方式;检修楼梯的踏步板(包括支承梁)采用预制吊装的方法;门厅平台板先在井壁周边上留槽后再逐层现浇;风道和电缆井砖砌体上的暗梁先在剪力墙上留孔后再现浇。滑模施工速度快,能及时进行表面缺陷处理,使得混凝土表面平整、光滑以及能节省人工工日、施工材料。
In order to reduce costs, speed up the construction progress and ensure concrete quality, the construction department of the project adopts slipform, prefabrication, hoisting, cast-in-place concrete, and other measures during construction according to the position and structural characteristics of the elevator shaft, the overall construction progress and practical construction conditions, which not only creates favorable conditions for timely treatment of sur- face default but also reduces physical work and construction materials.
