摘要
某电厂的220 k V输电设备均使用GIS设备,在运行维护的隐患排查过程中发现由于开关专业与继电保护专业在认识上存在的差异从而使其二次控制回路功能上存在不完善的地方,如直流控制自保持回路和电机电源回路之间的配合可能会导致开关刀闸误分合。组成系统的设备之间闭锁关系未完善,系统运行可能引起高压设备接地故障等安全隐患。文章将列举一些典型例子并提供了一些解决办法,同时也提出了一些可以进一步优化和改进的地方,可供其他单位安装调试、隐患排查时参考和借鉴。
In a hydropower station, all its 220kV power transmission devices use GIS. However, there are functional defaults of secondary control loops because of the understanding differences between switch engineer and relay engi- neer. For example, mulfunction of DC control circuits and motor power circuits may lead to incorrect separation or connection of switches. In addition, imperfect latching relation between system equipments may cause various security risks, such as earth fault of high voltage equipment, etc. The paper lists out some typical defects and offers solutions for them, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
