摘要
介绍了安哥拉NOVAVIDA房建工地柴油发电机组供电系统出现意外触电现象和隐患排除过程,用TN保护系统原理分析触电的原因和解决措施,并就安哥拉项目群大量使用各类柴油发电机组作为施工电源的情况,将相关安全防范措施予以分析和推广。
As for the 220kV line in a hydropower station, when there is load rejection in one loop of its shunt circuit, a low-frequency power oscillation around 0.9Hz is observed in another loop resulting from overload, since PSS excita- tion system fails to function normally to restrict the diffusion of oscillation. To solve this problem, the paper analyzes the causes of the abnormality and then works out feasible measures, which not only solve the problem but also effec- tively prevent potential power oscillation risks.
