利用太西无烟煤制备微孔活性炭及其CH_4/N_2分离性能 被引量:4

摘要 以太西无烟煤为原料在不同的工艺条件下制备活性炭,测定其比表面积、孔径分布及CH4、N2吸附性能。结果表明,以太西无烟煤为原料可制备孔隙结构均匀的微孔活性炭,且成型方式对微孔率有很大影响,在相近烧失率时,二次成型有利于小于1.15nm的微孔结构的生成与保持,增加CH4平衡吸附量,提高CH4/N2的平衡分离系数。 Activated carbons were prepared from TaiXi anthracite by using different process conditions, and their specific surface area, pore structure distribution and CH4/N2 adsorptive separation performance were mensurated. Results showed that the activated carbons with well-distributed pore structure could be prepared from TaiXi anthracite and the molding methods affected the microporosity obviously. In similar bumoff, the preparation method of twice molding could promote forming and retaining the micropores with the size of less than 1.15nm, which resulted in increasing CH4 equilibrium adsorption capacity and improving CH4/N2 equilibrium separation factor.
