摘要
根据海防伺服转台回归精度指标与传动系统方案,针对运动控制方式采取开环控制还是闭环控制这一问题,提出了海防伺服转台回归精度的计算方法,理论计算了方位轴系和俯仰轴系的齿轮传动回差与回归精度,计算结果与现场实测数据进行了分析比较,验证了该计算方法的正确性。
According to regression precision index and transmission system scheme of coastal defense servo-turntable,in order to solve the problem of motion control to take open-loop control or closed-loop control,a regression precision calculation method for coastal defense servo-turntable is presented in this paper. Gear transmission backlash and regression precision of azimuth axis and pitch axis are calculated in theory. Through analysis and comparison of the calculation results and measured data,the correctness of the calculation method is verified.
