基于村民全程参与的乡村规划机制研究

Research on village planning mechanism based on villagers full participation

结合村民参与乡村规划的现状,对村民全程参与乡村规划的机制进行了研究,并提出了完善相关法律法规、挖掘乡村内生动力、重构乡村社会秩序等相关政策与机制建议,以促进乡村规划的顺利实施。

Combining with the present situation of villagers participation of rural planning,this paper researched the mechanism of villagers full participation of rural planning,and put forward the perfect relevant laws and regulations,rural endogenous power,reconstruction of rural social order and other relevant mechanism and policy and suggestion,in order to promote the smooth implementation of rural planning.
