This paper analyzed the natural water level changes situation under the current climate status in Taiyuan,discussed the should grasp technology,parameters before precipitation engineering construction,and connecting with specific examples,put forward reasonable foundation pit precipitation method and water using plan,so as to scientific and effective protection of urban water resources.
