摘要
分析了绿色可持续建筑项目成本管理的难点,通过对风险源的识别,建立了相应的风险预案,主要对工程中成本控制的组织与实施方案作了探讨,以取得良好的经济效益。
The thesis analyzes cost management difficulties of green sustainable building project. Through identifying risk sources,it establishes corresponding risk pre-arranged plan,and mainly explores engineering cost control organization and implementation scheme,with a view to achieve great economic benefits.
