摘要
针对消防监督管理体系中存在的管理理念落后、管理法制落后、管理队伍薄弱等问题,给出了创新消防监督管理理念、完善消防法律法规、建立人才培养体系等建议,并对消防监督管理服务质量体系的构建内容及其改进机制进行了分析,以供参考借鉴。
According to existing backward management concept,backward management system,poor management team and other problems in fire supervision and management system,this paper gave innovation of fire supervision and management concept,perfect fire control laws and regulations,establishment of talents cultivation system and other suggestion,and analyzed the construction contents and improvement mechanisms of fire supervision and management service quality system,for reference.
