基于正交分析的产品设计要素感性表达评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的是运用正交分析改善当前基于量表分析的用户感性调查中普遍存在的过度评价问题。方法以"影响用户舒适感体验的座椅设计要素"为研究对象。首先,运用形态分析法对产品设计要素进行提取,建立实体模型对设计要素进行三维视觉呈现。其次,采用正交实验法最大限度地减少待评价的样本数量和相似度,避免过度评价可能带来的评估失真。第三,采用相对评价法直观地体现设计差异,避免了绝对评价敏感度低的缺陷。结果正交分析可以确定各个设计要素在某一感性词维度上的显著性,并能够计算出影响用户感性的表达因素及其重要性。结论正交分析方法能够有效减少实验的过程和数据量,所得结论能够准确呈现感性设计的评价结果,是评价设计元素感性表达效力的实用方法。 It applies orthogonal analysis for improving over-evaluation problems which prevalently exist in today's user perceptual investigation based on scale analysis. Method It applied seat design elements which affect users' comfortable feeling as the research objective. First, it applied morphological analysis to extract product's design elements, and constructed entity model for 3D visual appearance. Second, it applied orthogonal experiment method to minimize the number of samples for evaluation as more as possible, in order to avoid excessive evaluation that might lead to evaluation distortion. Third, it used relative evaluation method to intuitively reflect design differences, to avoid the defect of the low sensitivity of absolute evaluation. Result Orthogonal analysis can confirm every design element in perceptual word dimension conspicuousness, and can compute the expressive element and significance that influence user perception. Conclusion Orthogonal analysis can effectively reduce experiment process and data, the result can accurately exhibit perceptual design evaluation result, it's a practical method in evaluating design element perceptual expression.
