摘要 新一代语音通信系统是话音和视频的集成综合通信控制系统。介绍了利用视频编解码标准H.264实现可视电话功能的方法,以X264代码建立工程为模板,增加了帧率控制功能,从而提高了图像剧烈变化时视频流畅性,并利用现有语音通信面板的硬件平台进行了参数取定和编码性能测试。该设计具有图像传输质量高、流畅性好且硬件改动小的特点。 The new generation of voice communication system integrates both voice and video communication and control functions. The method for using video coding/decoding standard H. 264 to realize the video phone function is introduced. The X264 project is adopted as a tem- plate to improve quantization parameter adjustment function. It increases the fluency character when the image is in a rapid motion state. A method is proposed to realize the video communica- tion function with video codec protocol H. 264. Parameter setting and coding characteristic tes- ting are performed on existing voice communication panel. The experimental result demonstrates that the design has the advantage of high image quality, good image fluency and minimized hard- ware modification.
