摘要
针对苯酚丙酮装置含酚废水萃取工艺进行优化,通过调整萃取塔压力,温度,塔板数等相关参数,对萃取工艺过程进行模拟分析,当操作压力为150kPa,萃取塔操作温度为45℃,萃取塔溶剂比为4-5.5时,萃取效果最好。优化相关运行参数,使优化后所产生的废水含量符合国家排放标准。
Optimized the extraction process of phenolic wastewater for phenol and acetone device.By adjusting the extraction column pressure,temperature,plate number and other relevant parameters,the effect of extraction is the best when the pressure is 150 kPa,the temperature is 45℃ and the ratio of circulation and processing capacity of wastewater is 4-5.5.Under the optimal operation conditions,the content of phenol in wastewater in line has reached national emission standards.
