摘要
选用正硅酸乙酯为原料,通过水解制备成硅溶胶,加入废弃一次性木筷粉末和硝酸铁形成凝胶,经碳热还原反应后得到由碳化硅纳米颗粒组装而成的β-SiC微米管。通过XRD、SEM、TEM和PL对碳化硅样品进行表征。结果表明:所得β-SiC微米管直径约为几微米,其主要由纳米颗粒堆积而成,颗粒尺寸介于20~100nm之间;样品的比表面积约为37m2/g,且具有特殊的光致发光特性,当激发波长从370nm增加到390nm时,发射峰位置出现了明显的蓝移。
Tetraethoxysilane,disposable chopsticks and ion nitrate were employed for preparing xerogel by sol-gel method.SiC was obtained by the carbothermal reduction of the xerogel.XRD,SEM,TEM and PL were used to characterize the SiC samples.The results showed that theβ-SiC silicon carbide microntube with a diameter of several microns was formed by the accumulation of SiC nanoparticles.Nanoparticles had a diameter of 20-100 nm.The SiC samples had surface area of 37m2/g.The samples showed strong emission peak.As the excitation wavelength was shifted from 370 to 390nm,the blue shift was observed.
