Sn前驱体对MnO_x-SnO_2/TiO_2催化剂选择性催化还原NO性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Sn precursor on the selective catalytic reduction of NO over MnO_x-SnO_2/TiO_2 catalyst

摘要 采用SnSO4和SnCl4两种不同的Sn前驱体制备了MnOx-SnO2/TiO2催化剂,并将其用于NH3选择性催化还原NO反应,研究发现以SnSO4为锡源制备的MnSnTi催化剂与以SnCl4为锡源制得的催化剂相比具有较好的低温催化活性及较宽的活性温度窗口。同时运用BET、XRD、SEM和NH3-TPD等表征手段对2种催化剂进行分析,结果表明:以SnSO4为锡源的MnSnTi催化剂具有较大的比表面积、较强的酸性以及Mn、Sn、Ti之间呈现出更强的相互作用使其脱硝活性优于以SnCl4为锡源的MnSnTi催化剂。 The MnOx-SnO2/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by using different Sn precursors,tin sulfate and tin tetrachloride,and used for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3.The catalyst using SnSO4 as precursor exhibited higher low temperature catalytic activity and more excellent activity in a wide temperature range than the catalyst prepared by using SnCl4.The BET,XRD,NH3-TPD and SEM were used to characterize the catalysts.The results indicated that the higher surface area,the stronger acid sites,and the stronger interaction between Mn,Sn,and Ti were the main reasons for achieving the higher catalytic activity.
