超声波振动静电纺丝行为研究

摘要 为了提高高浓度聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液的静电可纺性,引进超声波振动技术处理溶液,并对振动处理后的溶液进行静电纺丝。通过高速摄像技术对其静电纺丝行为研究,观察振动功率对射流形态,包括泰勒锥、包络角和纤维沉积面积的影响规律。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,进一步验证了超声波振动对聚合物溶液的静电可纺性的影响。并通过线性拟合,推导出沉积面积与纤维直径的函数方程。结果表明:超声波振动处理后,高浓度PAN溶液静电纺射流鞭动幅度加大,纤维直径降低,溶液的静电可纺性提高,可纺质量分数增大。 Sonication treatment was introduced to improve the electrospinnability of high-concentration polyacrylonitrile(PAN)solution.Electrospinning processes of the high-concentration polyacrylonitrile(PAN)solution were taken after sonication treatment.The influences of ultrasonic vibration power on the jet behaviors including Taylor cone,envelope angle and depositional area were captured with a high-speed camera.The effect of sonication treatment on electrospinnability of polymer solution was further verified by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The functional equation between depositional area and diameter was derivated by the linear fitting.The experimental results indicated that the electrospinnability of PAN solution was improved,and the mass fraction suitable for increasing electrospinning.The diameter of PAN fibers decreased because of the enhanced whipping.
