摘要
以3-氯-2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)为醚化剂,对淀粉进行季铵化变性,再以马来酸酐(MA)为酯化剂对淀粉进行酯化变性,最后以亚硫酸氢钠(SHS)为磺化剂对淀粉进行磺化变性,合成了季铵化/磺基丁二酸酯化淀粉(QSS),研究其两性化变性程度和温度对淀粉与羊毛纤维间粘合强度的影响。研究结果表明:当两性化变性程度相近时,随着阳离子变性程度的增加,淀粉对羊毛纤维的粘合强度增大;随着两性化变性程度的增加,粘合强度逐渐增大;随着温度的降低,粘合强度下降快的趋势相对于酸解淀粉(ACS)得到明显缓解。综合考虑变性程度、温度和生产成本等因素,使用阳/阴离子变性程度为0.029/0.0103的QSS,可在60℃左右时显著改善淀粉对羊毛纤维的粘合强度。
In order to evaluate the effects of temperature as well as quaternization and sulfosuccination levels on the adhesion of cornstarch to wool fibers,a series of QSS samples were prepared via quaternization with CHPTAC,and then maleation with MA,and further sulfonation with SHS.The results showed that,under the similar starch quaternization and sulfosuccination levels,the adhesion to wool fiber gradually increased as the quaternization level increased.With the increase in degree of substitution(DS)of QSS,it had a gradual increased trend in adhesion.In addition,with the reduction in temperature,the decreased trend of adhesion alleviated compared with that of ACS.QSS with a DS value of 0.029/0.0103 under the temperature of about 60℃ was suitable for significantly improving the adhesion when the modification level,adhesive temperature,and cost of production were considered as a whole.
