摘要
通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)考察了分子量和芳香单元含量对聚己二酰己二胺-对苯二甲酰己二胺[PA(66-co-6T)]含芳共聚尼龙结晶温度和结晶速率的影响。结果表明:随共聚物分子量增大,分子运动能力减弱,结晶温度升高,结晶速率减慢;随共聚物中芳香单元含量增加,刚性苯环使分子运动能力减弱,共聚物耐热性能增强,结晶温度升高,结晶速率减慢。用偏光显微镜观察共聚物结晶形态,发现随芳香单元含量增大,结晶区域逐渐减小,甚至变得不明显。
The effect of molecular weight and aromatic unit content on crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of poly(hexamethylene adipamide-co-hexamethylene terephthalamide)(PA(66-co-6T))aromatic copolyamide were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the copolymer's crystallization temperature went up with the increasing of the copolymer's molecular weight,while,the crystallization velocity slowed down.This was because the increasing of the copolymer's molecular weight weakened the molecular movement ability.With the increasing of aromatic unit content in copolymers,the rigid benzene ring weakened the molecular movement ability and increased the heat endurance,so the crystallization temperature went up,and the crystallization velocity decreased.The polarizing microscope observation showed that the crystallization morphology gradually became small even obscure with the increasing of aromatic unit in copolymers.
