纳米SiO_2复合抗静电母粒在LLDPE中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过抗静电剂与纳米粉体复配制备抗静电母粒,研究了5%、10%2种改性纳米SiO2粉体对薄膜光学及抗静电性能的影响,并利用SEM对抗静电剂及纳米粉体在薄膜中的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:薄膜雾度随改性百分比的增加而增大,对透光率的影响不大。薄膜表面电阻率在1w内,2种改性百分比的薄膜表面电阻率差异不大,都能由1010Ω降到109Ω,抗静电效果较好,但是1w后,10%改性的薄膜表面电阻率呈持续增大的趋势,只是增大的幅度逐渐减小,5%改性的薄膜表面电阻率呈先降低再增高的趋势,增大的数值比10%改性的薄膜约小一个数量级,因此,5%改性纳米SiO2粉体抗静电薄膜性能较好。 The preparation for antistatic masterbatch with antistatic agent and nanocompound.Research on that the effect of two kinds of modified nano SiO2powders(5%,10%)on antistatic and optics properties of the thin film.SEM was used to characterize the morphology of antistatic agent and nano powder in the thin film.The results showed that the fog degree of the film increased with the increase of the modified percentage which had little influence on light transmittance.The surface resistivity of the thin film within one week,the difference of two kinds of modified percentage for surface resistivity were not big,all can down from 1010 to 109Ω.The antistatic effect was good.But after a week,surface resistivityif the thin film(10%)showed a continuous increase trend,just the increasing amplitude decreased.The surface resistivity of 5%of modified membrane reduced first and then showed increase trend,the value of increase was smaller than 10% modified film about an order of magnitude.As a result,5% of modified nano SiO2 powder had good antistatic performance.
