摘要 探索了内蒙古油砂尾砂经水玻璃制备白炭黑的工艺路线。通过单因素与正交试验考察得出4因素对白炭黑粒径的影响程度依次为:反应温度>沉淀剂加入速度>分散剂加入量(占水玻璃溶液的质量分数)>陈化时间。并对正交试验结果进行曲线拟合及最优化求解得出:沉淀剂加入速度27.11mL/min,反应温度70℃,分散剂加入量21.06%,陈化时间2h为最优工艺条件时粒径为38.029nm。 The white carbon black was prepared by soluble silicate which made by Inner Mongolia oil sand tailings.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the extent of influences of technological conditions in order were reaction temperaturethe joining speed of precipitating agentthe joining mounts of dispersantaging time.Based on the datas of orthogonal experiment,the curve-fitting and optimal solution,The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:with the conditions that reaction temperature was 70℃,the joining speed of precipitating agent was 27.11mL/min,the joining mounts of dispersant was 21.06%,and aging time was 2h,the optimal solution of particle size of white carbon black was38.029 nm.
