摘要
文昌油田群海洋石油116油轮在经历"威马逊"台风袭击之后,热介质膨胀罐等罐体保温被全部吹落。南海区域台风频发,传统岩棉保温抗台风能力差,传统保温材料容易被吹落;施工复杂、周期长,施工费用高;保温材料进水之后对罐体腐蚀严重,腐蚀的后期修复费用高。基于以上缺点,海洋石油116油轮选用了新型纳米喷涂保温材料,满足了工艺处理要求,弥补了传统保温材料的不足,在海上石油处理装置上得到了很好的应用。
After"Wimason"hurricane,FPSO116's heat medium tank's thermal insulation were blown.Typhoons occur frequently in the area of South China Sea,traditional rock wool insulation material has poor resistance ability for the hurricane.The traditional insulation materials is easy to be blown.The installation process is complex,long cycle and high cost.The corrosion of oil storage tank is serious after thermal insulation material absorbing water and the repair cost for the corrosion is high.Based on the above shortcomings,FPSO116 selected new nano thermal insulation material to meet the process requirement and make up the shortage of the traditional materials.The nanomaterial had a very good application in offshore oilfield.
